Sub Agent
Location: West Yorkshire
Contract Length: 18 months
Role Description:
* Produce resource programmes as part of the three-monthly cost forecast process.
* Produce works risk assessments/method statements.
* Approve sub-contractors/suppliers risk assessments/method statements.
* Produce short term/weekly programmes to deliver the Contract programme
* Explanation of works preparations to the project management/supervision team
* Raise requests for further information from the Client/Design team.
* Deal with requests for further information from suppliers/sub-contractors.
* Identify and co-ordinate temporary works requirements.
* Material and equipment requisitions
* Subcontract requisitions.
* Define areas of responsibility for Engineers
* Ensure flow of information to construction teams
* Monitor progress against short term/weekly programmes
* Maintain a daily record of progress, activities, changes, and events.
Required Experience:
You must have a proven background as a Sub Agent ideally on rail civil engineering projects in the UK, you will have a minimum of a HNC in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and you will have a valid CSCS Card.
