We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated Booking Administrator to join the Children's Community Audiology Department. This is a part time role working 22.5 hours across the week.

As a Booking Administrator with the Children's Community Audiology Service at HCRG Care Group, you’ll join a team who are focused on delivering excellent care to our staff and service users.  We are a supportive, enthusiastic team with a keen interest in development of staff and the service to really make our service users and staff feel the difference. 

You will be part of a wider business support function and have a key role in providing support across the full range of office and service activities, including the smooth running of the office, data input and administrative support to a range of frontline clinicians and managers.

Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Booking Administrator you will:


Ensure that high standards of customer service are provided
Answer the telephone and take accurate messages
Book, cancel and re-arrange appointments
Monitor incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues within the organisation

The Ideal CandidateOur ideal candidate will have:


A keen interest in ensuring all who access the Children's Community Audiology service receive excellent care.
Effective interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work with discretion, sensitivity and maintain confidentiality.
Confidence using IT systems and able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
