What will you be doing?As a Part time Housekeeper in our care home, you’ll carry out a range of duties such as cleaning, laundry and other domestic tasks in both communal and resident private rooms/areas of the home. Establish and maintain relationships with residents that are based on respect and equality.  Support, assist other staff members in promoting a cheerful, pleasant and homelike environment whilst demonstrating a friendly attitude towards residents.


Maintain all areas in the home to a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene.
Including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, moping, furnishing, crockery, cutlery, kitchen appliances, toilets, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, windows and refuse disposal areas.
Laundry care. 


Experience would be ideal.

18 hours per week: To cover mornings with 1 late night a week to include every other weekend. 
About youThis is all in a day’s work…..

You’ll have high standards and will ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail.

A basic knowledge of health, safety and hygiene knowledge is required for this role, and previous experience within a cleaning or housekeeping job is desirable but not essential.
