This role is HOMEBASED role.Role and Responsibilities> To represent and support Inspired ESG professionally at all times. > Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director and operating Director(s) and their respective Teams in a confidential and prompt/professional manner;o   To act as first port of call for the Director(s) either through email/telephone calls/Teams and handling initial internal and external communications on their behalf;o   Support the various business teams in conjunction with the Director/Line manager and assist the teams where possible.>        Extensive diary management for both internal and external commitments:o   Including 121 review meetings, Board, Committee meetings and client meetingso   Liaise with appropriate departments to ensure Directors are prepared for meetings, presentations and conferences.o   Supporting the Director and attending meetings and typing meeting notes/action points as required.  Following up and chasing for any outstanding actions>  To organise and coordinate all travel for the Directors and their teamo   Including managing costs and itinerarieso   Collating and filing expenses and submitting them to Finance promptlyo   Managing filing systems>  Organizing meeting rooms and lunches/refreshments etc, when required in the offices>   Event co-ordination when functions and events are held at Inspired’s offices or on behalf of Inspired:o   Supporting Director in preparing for and attending any event if appropriate and working closely with Marketing to ensure all promotional material is relevant;> To work in conjunction with the Director(s) to arrange an email marketing drive following conferences and exhibitions to arrange meetings and follow-up calls – maintaining a thorough and detailed tracker system>  Liaising with the appropriate Director/Team Leader/Line manager in dealing with complaints including any investigations.  These are carried out confidentially.>  Managing databases, CRM systems, CIPHR where appropriate for Directors, Teams rooms and filing systems;>  Ad-hoc duties as required;>  Read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL>  2-5 years plus experience in a similar role> Microsoft Office package experienceDESIRABLE> Previous experience as a PA would be advantageousWhat we offerTraining and development opportunitiesCompany pensionFlexible work hoursSharesave schemeLife insurance4pm finish on FridayIf you are interested in the role and would like to be considered, please apply now and a member of our In House Recruitment Team will be in touch.
