Who are we looking for?We are looking to appoint an experienced Key Stage 1 teacher who:


Understands the importance of highly effective EYFS and Key Stage 1 provision.
Has a secure subject knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Recognises and celebrates the uniqueness of every child within their class, tailoring their teaching to meet every child’s needs.
Uses positive behaviour management strategies and demonstrates a compassionate and restorative approach to dealing with behaviours.
Has the skills to work with colleagues to plan and deliver a creative, engaging, and effective learning curriculum.
Whose personal values align with those of our school.
Will actively contribute to school life and the wider community.
Possesses a sense of humour, positive outlook and has empathy.
Is a reflective practitioner who recognises the importance of professional learning.
