Property Project Coordinator
🕓 Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
📍 Location: Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid working, 3 days office working, 2 days from home.)
💷 Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)

We're currently seeking an experienced Property Project Coordinator to join our Property Team based within our Birmingham Head Office. 
This role will require a highly organised individual to support the planning, execution and completion of our property portfolio-based projects. You will have excellent experience in project coordination as well as the ability to work closely with our internal stakeholders and wider property team to ensure we meet internal deadlines and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
What the day-to-day will look like in this role:

Organise and attend appropriate regular project status review meetings; maintain minutes, and follow up actions with attendees.
Compile project update trackers, and input appropriate information & updates throughout project timelines.
Arranging clearance of furniture and other items for any closed branches within a specific timeframe.
Managing our chosen approved contractors to deliver efficient service and quality of work is provided.
Assist in the preparation and management of lease agreements and maintain accurate records of lease terms, tenant information and payment histories.
Liaise with our appointed Managing Agents to provide information on the residential portfolio and provide updates on disposals and lease agreements.

What we're looking for:

Experienced Administrator/Coordinator, preferably within a property or estates-based team, with the ability to manage fast-paced workloads and changing priorities. 
Demonstratable success in coordinating multiple projects in parallel and hitting target deadlines.
PC literate, with a great understanding of how to navigate systems (i.e. Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft packages).
A conscious self-starter who enjoys working on their own initiative and can make decisions independently to ensure a smooth process of duties. 
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with property owners and other stakeholders to facilitate our property projects throughout.
