We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.The Role Job Title: Senior Intensive Housing Management Worker Hours per Week: 37.5hrsShift Pattern: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with flexibility to meet the service needsThe successful candidate will improve the lives of people using our services by providing an intensive housing management service, this includes working in partnership with partner agencies to ensure that people gain the skills needed to maintain their tenancy and move on to their own independent accommodation.  By providing general, practical and emotional support to people with (or developing) mental health needs and substance dependency needs you will be able to promote their independence and recovery to ensure they have the skills to maintain their tenancy. As a Senior Intensive Housing Management Worker, you will work with people offering support opportunities for them to develop their skills and make decisions about their future.
