What you’ll do: 


Main responsibility to manage and maintain all mess silver and mess treasures in a clean and serviceable condition, to ensure that items are presentable for daily and when required, for function display
Be a vital part of the catering operation by ensuring the sliver pieces are on the tables at functions 
Report any all damages are reported in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service with a dedicated and helpful approach 
Serving, clearing, and keeping tables spotless 
Check displayed items and clean as necessary
Improve the quality of life for those we are serving    
Fill and prepare any oil candles, salt and pepper pots required for functions.
Prepare any wax candles required for functions


What you bring: 



A can-do attitude and flexible approach to working 


Excellent attention to detail, plus good communication skills 


Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but not required   


General knowledge of health and safety procedures    


Understanding of basic food hygiene and cleaning
