We’re hiring for support workers in the @Worle Centre We’re hiring support workers for our centre in @Worle In @Worle we support around 20 people in one day, providing different sessions within the building and outside such as at our allotments, as well as community based sessions. We also provide community and enabling support for young adults and children, ensuring they have access to facilities and activities they choose, so the shift patterns are varied and will include evening and weekend working.  Your skills and life experience could be a great match for our support worker role. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude and a desire to help someone live a full life!  The support you provide will be centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs.  A full driving licence is required for this role. Benefits: Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £11.38 - £12.01 p/h).
