Hospital Pharmacist - Band 7/8a - Central Liverpool - ASAP start

We are currently looking for an incredible locum Pharmacist to work with our client in Central Liverpool, in a large NHS trust. If you're interested in a new challenge, then please see the information below!

* Job Title: Hospital Pharmacist
* Banding: Band 7/8a
* Location: Central Liverpool
* Duration: 6 Months
* Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9AM - 5:30PM
* Start Date: ASAP
* Rate of pay: �30 - �40 per hour via Umbrella.
* Ward experience is essential.

Requirements and qualifications required for this role:
* Participate in ward rounds to administer patient drug histories and liaise with patient families, community pharmacists and GPs.
* Providing clinical expertise and being an educational resource for colleagues in relation to medicines e.g. doses, side-effects, alternatives etc whilst helping to address the public health and social needs of individual patients.
* Manage the process of medicines reconciliation on admittance or following discharge from hospital and liaise with patients and community pharmacists to ensure patients have the medicines that they need.
* Inpatient dispensary cover required/clinical screening.
