Based at Wendover we are recruiting for Mess Manager to manage the junior officer’s mess which serves as a social hub and dining facility for service members.This is large operation that prepares and serves up to 200 covers per sitting per day from a pre-set rolling menu 365 days per year.You will have proven experience in catering, hotel or hospitality management.
