A leading premium care home not far from Arundel is now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join the team as their Clinical Lead Nurse for Nights .

Set in a stately manor-like house, the home is a spacious and luxurious place for older adults to reside in comfort and style, with a strong sense of community and stunning grounds to enjoy - only a stone's throw from the scenic South Downs and wider Sussex countryside. The MDT is well-prepared to care for residents with specialist nursing and/or dementia needs, and the CQC has awarded the home "Good" ratings in all areas for their efforts.

As the Clinical Lead , you will be responsible for the high standards of care provided to residents, with the autonomy to demonstrate your strengths in both clinical expertise and team management. Your role will involve ensuring complete regulatory compliance, overseeing clinical decision-making, and keeping team training in line with the latest clinical developments, all so that provided care continues to evolve and fulfil changing healthcare needs.

You will also spend at least 1 night per week providing hands-on care, which will allow you to keep your skills sharp and evaluate operations from on the ground.

Person specification:

* ( Essential ) NMC registration in a relevant nursing discipline (RN Adult / RMN)
* ( Essential ) Strong professional experience caring for older adults
* ( Essential ) Strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and medication guidelines
* ( Essential ) Evidence of effective clinical leadership and team mentorship skills
* ( Desirable ) Relevant teaching/assessing/mentoring qualification
