What you’ll do: 






Assist the Facilities Manager in all aspects of site operations as needed, including Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality, Compliance Management, Planned and Reactive Maintenance and Student Communication.
Support the students with all queries regarding accommodation and services.
Manage contractors and sub-contractors working at site in conjunction with the Facilities Manager
Represent the Sodexo in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between departments (where required).
Independently maintain and update administrative policies and processes.
Set up, maintain, and organise site's central files, information, filing, and messages.
Provide administrative support to the Facilities team.
Manage the Maximo system, including receiving work request, assigning work orders to engineers,
Entering system data and providing the overall system administration.
Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.


Carry out operational shifts and support other areas of the business as required.
Support other sites including travel to undertake monitoring as required.
Support the wider contracts with timely close out of internal and external audit actions.
