This role is HOMEBASED/KIRKHAM OFFICE LOCATION.Role:The Water Department is looking to recruit a Procurement Co-Ordinator to join our growing team. The role will initially involve supporting the existing Procurement Specialists and data collation, with a scope to develop and progress within the team and Inspired as a whole. The role reports to the Head of Water Procurement, but you will also liaise with other members of the team and clients directly Responsibilities:Assisting with the account management of water clients, dealing with a wide portfolio of customers, providing services around Water productsAssisting with water tendering and contract negotiation in an appropriate and professional mannerProducing cost comparisons in Microsoft Excel and reportsQuery Management - helping to resolve general issues in a timely manner, ranging from objections, terminations, data, billing, & change of tenanciesClient Management – to effectively and efficiently project manage the service delivery, requirements and constraints of a clientManagement of customers through a CRM (SUGAR)Staying up to date with change to the Water IndustryRead and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.
