Microsoft Client Operations Expert - Bristol (Hybrid)/ �35,000 - �45,000 + 60K OTE
VIQU are seeking a Microsoft Client Operations Expert to join a multinational IT business that specialise in providing a broad spectrum of IT services and solutions, from IT consulting and system integrations to cloud services and e-commerce solutions.
As a Microsoft Client Operations Expert, you'll be responsible for managing customer on-boarding, customer licensing, invoice queries and maintaining a strong client relationship.
The position will offer a hybrid working model of 3/2 once you pass the initial probation.
Requirements of Microsoft Client Operations Expert:
- Extensive experience working with Cloud Marketplace or Cloud Service Provider (CSP) platforms.
- Experience as an Account Manager or similar position, building client relationships and onboarding new clients.
- Experience in a reseller or VAR is essential with Microsoft products.
- Confident building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong time management skills, self-starter and confident communicator.
