Receptionist
We are currently looking for Receptionist cover between 20 th June - 5 th July. For the role of Receptionist, we are looking for a friendly and welcoming person to manage our front desk on a daily basis, the candidate will have experience in answering the phone and general clerical duties.
The Role
Providing great customer service to all customers
Answer phones.
Signing In & out visitors
Take complaints from customers.
Filling out paperwork and sending through to Technical
Sending out post through the franking machine & through TNT
Candidate
* Experience working as receptionist.
* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* A positive can-do attitude, and a polite and friendly manner is essential.
* Excellent problem solving skills.
