Are you a driven professional? Do you have a flair for business development? Can you thrive in a dynamic environment? We are currently seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team covering the M62 Corridor and Leeds.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be the lifeblood of our expansion strategy. You will develop new opportunities based on contacts from interested potential parties, seek out new customers, and manage relationships through all stages of the sales process. This includes everything from introducing our company, arranging and attending meetings, and opening new business accounts to managing existing client relationships and accounts on a day-to-day basis.

Hours of Work: Full-time

Business Development Manager Requirements:

* Excellent sales skills, able to demonstrate empathy and build relationships at all levels.
* Be smart, presentable, attentive and have good presentation skills.
* Have a proven track record of sales in a target driven industry.
* Ideally have experience of B2B selling in professional services.
* Experience of working with the Facilities Management Companies would be advantageous.
* Must have a full driver's licence.

Business Development Manager Benefits:

* �37-40k basic salary subject to experience. Uncapped commission and bonuses with a realistic OTE of �60k+
* 30 days holiday per year (inclusive of public holidays), plus the option to purchase up to 5 extra days.
