Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £50k - £64k + Excellent Benefits + £2,500 car allowance

The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in cost management, tender document preparation, and client liaison.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting benchmarking and feasibility assessments.
- Crafting thorough budget estimates and cost plans.
- Drafting preliminaries and general conditions for tender documents.
- Conducting tender evaluations and compiling reports.
- Preparing interim valuation recommendations.
- Delivering comprehensive cost management services pre and post contract.
- Providing clear and concise advice to clients through reports and emails.
- Attending meetings with clients, contractors, and fellow consultants.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
- Background in cost management.
- Strong knowledge of construction technology.
- Hold a MRICS chartered status.
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Commitment to continuing professional development.
