Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint a HR Administrator to join our HR team. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week over 52 weeks per year. The salary on offer is up to £23,000 per annum depending on experience.The HR administrator will be tasked with maintaining and updating employee records in the foundation, as well as performing various HR process and administration tasks. Under the supervision and guidance of the HR Manager duties will include. Ensuring that records are kept in accordance with legal requirements and with regard to Data Protection legislation Drafting of contracts, new starter packs and variation letters Managing the HR Inbox and dealing with queries where possible or forwarding them to another member of the team Be the first point of contact for HR queries An understanding of employment law is helpful and ensuring the HR department conforms to these is key. Forming and maintaining employee records Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days takenIdeally, we are looking for the successful candidate to have HR experience within a busy HR department, who is able to adapt to a changing workload and who has a strong attention to detail.Early applications are encouraged, and applicants may be invited to interview prior to the closing date.
