Engineering Manager- Identity
A leading tech & data company are looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee their Identity team. This is a permanent role and based in Peterborough (hybrid working model)
Tech stack within team - .NET, MongoDB, AWS SNS, AWS SNS SMS, Gitlab, React
Responsibilities:
* Align team efforts with strategic objectives and setting clear goals
* Monitor team performance and encourage continuous learning
* Lead people management initiatives
* Engage in technical discussions, architecture meetings, code reviews, and design sessions to learning foster a culture
* Be able to integrate robust security practices into the development lifecycle, managing technical debt, balancing immediate project needs with long-term system health and maintainability
* Have effective communication skills to ensure transparency and alignment at all levels
Experience required:
* Strong technical background in related discipline (Identity)
* Analytical, negotiation and organization skills
* Strong line management experience
