We are committed to empower people to rebuild their lives and regain independence. The service you will work in….(Hiring Manager: Wandsworth Mental Health Recovery and Rehabilitation service delivers support and interventions to 60 service users with mental health issues living in accommodation services across the Borough.  The focus of the service is to provide medium to long term focused rehabilitation and recovery support to adults with complex and enduring Mental Health conditions.A day in this role looks like….As a Recovery Integration Lead at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Mental Health & Complex Needs Service. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:To co-ordinate and integrate the recovery approach in the community houses and high support schemes in Wandsworth MH R&R.To lead in achieving the milestones as set by Commissioners for our Service Uses in Wan
dsworth MH R&R.To support people with mental health problems in their recovery journey through a range of methods including providing hope and unconditional positive regard to service users.To co-ordinate social inclusion activities, develop the move on pathway throughout the service and promote independent living skills.To review the medication support within Community Houses and 24 hour, work with Recovery Workers to develop a more integrated delivery model to promote independence for our Service Users.To recruit, support and coordinate volunteers to support the Wandsworth MH Rehabilitation and Recovery Service in co-producing Peer Support Groups and training sessions and being part of the local co-production Group.Co-produce a range of creative and innovate training sessions and workshops to support service users to be assertive, to develop effective peer relationships and to engage in co-producing the services.Support service users in the development of personal and life skills with the aim of attaining greater independence and self-esteem, providing emotional support necessary to do so.Support service users to increase their self-confidence and their ability to self-advocate with key stakeholders in their lives.Build positive and supportive relationships with service users to enable them to play an active and key role in developing their support and safety plans with Senior Recovery Workers.Coordinate, run and facilitate where necessary the social integration activites, sport and exercise programmes within Wandsworth MH R&R.Assist people in planning realistic and positive goals to discuss with their keyworkers and care co-ordinations and support people to develop skills and abilities to be able to review their progress through co-producing a range of learning and development sessions.Collaborate and work effectively with other internal colleagues and external agencies and ensure that service users are r
