What you’ll do:
This is a lone working role
Prepare, produce and present meals for up to 40 diners
Conduct monthly stocktakes
Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
Be capable of working alone, but able to communicate well with the front of house team
What you bring:
2 years of experience in hands-on cooking
Experience of working to strict food hygiene standards
Experience in following recipes and open to cooking many cuisines
