You’ll belong in a company and team that values you for you, you’ll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions. About You: Experience and knowledge requirement for this role: You will be responsible for all administrative duties as required by the Manager you will be in charge to ensuring the function is run efficiently and cost effectively when performing work as required and planned.You will provide reports and a detailed analysis of the key performance targets.Contributing to assessing the impact on the prison of any changes to the Contract or MOJ policy. Being in charge to manage the prisoner requests, Complaint system and coordinate allocation and responses to Correspondence.To be considered for the role you must have a working knowledge of IT, including Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams.Should have a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience in a similar environment or role is preferred but not mandatory.Experience working in customer service desirable. Must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills.A high level of confidentiality and discretion is required.What we offerWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
