adi Intelligent Buildings Business Development Manager

About the Role

As Business Development Manager for adi Intelligent Buildings you will generate opportunities from adi Group's existing customers, create compelling value propositions, and secure consistent revenue and profitable growth.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

* Working closely with the Managing Director and sales teams to develop capital & support opportunities within BMS & metering.
* Carrying out site surveys and preparing proposals.
* Achieve revenue and opportunity conversion aspirations in line with the development plans for adi Intelligent Buildings.
* Developing strategic relationships to grow opportunities.
* Building customer relationships with new clients.
* Providing input into the business strategic growth plan.
* Forecasting sales targets and ensuring delivery.
* Attending industry functions and trade shows.
* Providing Market feedback to the management team.
* Exceeding sales targets.

About you

We would like to hear from you if you have:

* Proven experience in business development within the building management services sector.
* Good knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) is essential, knowledge of metering an advantage.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
