We're seeking a talented HSEQ Systems and Reporting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to play a key role in keeping our health, safety, and environmental (HSEQ) systems running smoothly and ensure our reporting is accurate and insightful. You'll be the go-to person for managing our HSEQ applications, coordinating audits, and generating comprehensive reports that empower senior leaders to make informed decisions.     This role is perfect for someone experienced in managing business systems such as Power BI, and audit management systems, particularly in the realm of data management and reporting.What you’ll do:Provide key input in the delivery of the HSEQ reporting, using data from various sources to generate comprehensive and effective reporting for senior forums.Coordination of the Integrated Audit Management (IAM) FrameworkProvide administrative support of Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Food Safety & Audit processes including reporting, audit administration, and dashboard collation.Provide support where required by the HSEQ Management team in the delivery of HSEQ InitiativesManage the HSEQ applications within the region.For a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job descriptionWhat you bring:EssentialAble to interpret data and produce professional reportsKnowledge of application management and administrationFully IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office suite including (Excel, Work, Outlook)Excellent communication skills, written and verbalAble to work with minimum supervision and be able to organise daily work prioritiesAble to respond to “urgent” requests for informationGood time keeping, professional outlookDesirableAbility to perform basic data analysis and draw meaningful conclusionsExperience of working in the Health, Safety, and Quality Management disciplinesAbility to plan work up to 1 month in advanceWhat we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater. You’ll belong in a company and team that values you for you; you’ll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions; and you’ll be able to thrive in your own way.
