Astute’s Renewables team is partnering with one of the leading solar installation companies who focus on energy saving and providing quality installation to the commercial and domestic sector. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Electrician who has experience working within the solar industry.
This Senior Electrician role comes with a starting salary of up to �55,000 plus company van/car allowance and other benefits.

Responsibilities and duties
� Oversee and manage a team of electrical installers and technicians.
� Offer training, guidance, and support to promote high performance and ensure safety standards are met.
� Guarantee that all electrical installations are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations, while developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
� Perform site inspections and quality control assessments.
� Diagnose and resolve technical issues that occur during installation.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* 18th Edition
� Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, solar PV technology and relevant codes/standards.
� Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar PV installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Personal skills
The Senior Electrician role would suit someone who is/has:
� Experience of leading electrical installation teams.
� Experienced with domestic solar installations is necessary and new build experience is advantageous.

* Salary between �45,000 - �55,000
