About The Role

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Operative to carry out general maintenance duties within Craig y Parc to ensure a safe working/ living/ learning environment within Craig y Parc for students and staff. To provide out of hours’ maintenance cover via a rota.
- To carry out general maintenance tasks both individually and as part of a cohesive team in order to ensure that buildings are maintained, and repairs carried out as required.
- Be an active member of Craig y Parcs Health and Safety team.
- To develop effective working relationships with colleagues and learners.
- Understand health and safety legislation and work within the polices and guidance.
