My client is a market leader within the specialist electrical wholesale industry based in Trafford Park. They are looking to hire a Customer Service Sales Administrator. This is a great opportunity to develop a career with a highly successful company on a full-time permanent basis.
The Role
Dealing with incoming calls and responding to high volumes of emails
Responding to customer requests in a timely manner
Corresponding with both customers and suppliers
Processing customer orders, dealing with queries and amending orders if necessary
Raising quotations and enquiries
Maintaining good customer relations
Monitoring customer accounts
Processing and creating Invoices.
General administrative duties to management
The Candidate
Admin Experience is beneficial however not essential.
Experience working in an Office / Customer Service environment would be beneficial however not essential.
Strong customer service skills
Have confidence speaking to range of people on the telephone.
Well versed in IT skills for example Outlook and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
A keen eye for detail and an exceptional level of accuracy especially figures when producing documents and inputting data.
Ability to prioritise own workload
Ability to use own initiative.
Be proactive, punctual, and reliable.
Be self-motivated with a strong character and positive attitude.
Be hard working, enthusiastic and reliable and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
