In this varied role, you’ll work alongside the Hire Controllers to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all hire transactions and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.Working Monday to Friday hours you’ll be delivering great service to customers as well as ensuring timely & accurate completion of all Hire Administration activities. This includes chasing any outstanding chargeable invoices and outstanding equipment to maximise profitable hires and sales.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide second line contact for customers while delivering excellent customer service through the development of good relationshipsResponding to customer requests and queries in a timely and professional mannerLiaise with and support effectively the operations team to ensure equipment is despatched and returned correctly.
