Must be able to commit to regular attendance at Head Office in Skipton for induction purposes.Salary:£33,000 Per AnnumClosing Date:Fri, 28 Jun 2024We have an exciting opportunity to join our Asset & Liability Management (ALM) team within Group Treasury as the Liquidity & Wholesale Credit Risk Analyst. As a member of our Liquidity Risk team you will provide analysis of the credit risks within the Society’s Treasury portfolio in addition to performing stress testing of its liquidity book, analysis of the liquidity risks facing the Society and Group and assisting in the provision of management information for external regulators and senior management. Who Are We? Not just another building society. upport this including cycle to work initiative and discounted gym membership What Will You Be Doing?Support the creation of key regulatory reports for external regulators and interpreting risk reporting and stress testing output and forecasts to present findings to key committees on a regular basis. Provide timely credit reports to senior management to inform investment opportunities.Contribute to the production of the Individual Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) document and work with teams across the business to ensures risks are identified and subsequent assumptions used in stress testing are relevant.Regularly reviewing external parties to ensure that they are credit worthy where the Society has any credit risk exposure. Responsible for collation of monthly packs for senior management meetings What Do We Need From You?Ability to develop and analyse Microsoft Excel spreadsheet models incorporating functions and formulae.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good ability to interpret & understand data and present results clearly.Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.Curious and keen to learn.Knowledge of analysing data and interpreting/reporting the key results and findings. Your experience will include some of the following: Experience using Excel to manipulate data and present your findings.Experience of planning and organising own work to ensure a focus on priorities.Experience using PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.Working as part of a team to achieve results in a t
