If so, keep reading! We are currently seeking a dynamic Customer Service Centre Agent to join our bustling team in the charming town of Knutsford.

As a Customer Service Centre Agent, your day will be packed with engaging tasks. You'll handle and log service requests via calls, emails, and web interfaces, resolving customer issues over the phone whenever possible. You'll coordinate with field engineers, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up to meet customer service levels. Additionally, you'll provide technical assistance, manage administrative tasks, and actively participate in departmental review meetings to support overall operations.

Hours of Work: Working 37.5 hours per week. Enjoy your Sundays off! Working rota covers five out of six days (Monday to Saturday), adapting to customer demands.

Customer Service Centre Agent Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English (Grade C and above).
* High level of computer literacy, especially with Windows-based applications.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
* Positive mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
