As a Chef at Sodexo in Nuffield Health Woking Hospital, GU21 4BY, your love of cooking and excellent organisational abilities. You will be responsible for managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. What you’ll do:
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH.
Support staff orientation and team training and development.
Ensure the kitchen is clean and organised
What you bring:
NVQ in culinary skills or relevant working experience
Computer literality
Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
