As a Group Labour Optimisation SME at Sodexo, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our Labour Optimisation Strategy. This role is embedded in BIGS (Business Improvement Growth Support) a Professional Family of our Tech & Services transversal function and it involves working remotely to support our global operations, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence. Be part of a company that supports your development and values your contributions.What you’ll do:Co-develop related strategies and regional deployment of activities for Labour Optimisation, Business Improvement and Growth Support and Workforce Management Enable and influence organisation in the development and deployment of clear and constantly applied minimum Group standards, guidelines and key processes including Labour Optimisation Playbook; 2.3 Solutions & Contract Design; 2.4 Mobilisation and 2.5 Contract Management and Operational ExcellenceSupport interdependent functions [eg HR] in the design of Workforce Management and Labour Optimisation sub-process and regional deployment of activities including site manager domain and relevant IST Platforms Support group HR to define future state technology and digital solutions for labour planning and workforce management.  Support development of regional roadmaps to attain future state ambition.Ensure operational interlock with group and regional HR functions in respect to labour optimisation activities and interdependencies Drive labour optimisation, efficiency, and effectiveness activities through operating standards, cascade objectives and advanced business analytics Ensure appropriate global and regional governance, including Labour Optimisation Subject Matter Expert Network, Professional Family and relevant business review forums including monitoring and targeting of relevant KPI’s Where needed, coordinate front line support during periods of significant change or following an incident Support development of capability and competence including growth and retention of identified talent Foster a culture of excellence and sharing of best practice within sphere of accountabilities and beyond What you bring:Proven experience in labour optimisation, workforce management, or a related field.Strong understanding of data analytics and Operations Excellence, business improvement and growth support strategies.Ability to develop and implement operational standards, guidelines, and key processes.Proficiency in advanced business analytics and KPI monitoring.Experience collaborating with transversal functions and supporting the design of digital solutions for workforce management.Ability to manage and support significant organisational change initiatives.Strong communication and influence skills to foster a culture of excellence and best practice.Six sigma and Lean skills and experience are desirable.The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate delivery of € and cultural change within a complex matrix organization. What we offer: Competitive Salary, annual bonus, car allowance + Excellent benefits packageWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater. You’ll belong in a company and team that values you for you; you’ll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions; and you’ll be able to thrive in your own way.
