Do you have experience in facilities management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor at HMP Addiewell.As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance operations to ensure HMP Addiewell is well-maintained, safe, and presentable. You will manage a team of skilled and semi-skilled engineers, coordinating their daily tasks and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Your role will involve both reactive and proactive maintenance, utilising the CAFM system (Global Maximo) to manage and document work requests. You will also work closely with visiting contractors and specialist engineering providers, ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards. You will be responsible for enhancing the existing planned preventative maintenance schedules, shifting the focus from reactive to proactive maintenance. Your role will also involve managing out-of-hours emergency callouts on a rotational basis, ensuring that any emergency situations are promptly and effectively addressed. Collaboration with the FM Manager and other site function heads will be crucial to maintain harmonious working relationships and minimise disruption to the prison's operational functions.Join Sodexo and be part of something greater.
