The Role:
As a Chef De Partie, you will prepare and present outstanding dishes, ensuring culinary excellence in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Accommodation will be provided for the first two months for those relocating to the area.
Requirements:
- Previously worked for at least 2 years as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Understanding of food health and safety regulations.
- Skilled in preparing Scottish and International dishes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
