By working with us, you will be part of a supportive, dynamic service that helps us improve our service to ‘Outstanding.’ We have some excellent opportunities in our Business Support Service for self-motivated Business Support Officers/PA’s who provide essential support to our Senior Managers. The purpose of the Management Support Team is to build a relationship that helps and enables Senior Managers to work at the highest levels of efficiency, support them to be well organised, proactively anticipate their needs and forward plan for them which assists them to complete their role. We provide full secretarial and administrative support to Senior Managers that include the Chief Executive, Directors, Assistant Directors, and Heads of Services. You will play a key role in the smooth day to day running of the service we are looking for people who are well organised; have good attention to detail and can work to and meet tight deadlines; you must be able to work well within a team environment, be customer and child focused and be proactive to deliver the role with a flexible approach. Hours of operation,  The Service will be open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday depending on its needs. Locations of operation The Management Support Team supports the Senior Management Team from various locations, but our main
sites are Lifford House and One Avenue Road. About You…. You will be a ‘can-do' person, who is passionate about delivering high quality service and performance.
