Hours : Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Rate : �25 per hour
Hunter Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join a dynamic Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) based in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CPN looking to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the benefits of a locum role.
Key Responsibilities :
* Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and care planning.
* Deliver therapeutic interventions and coordinate care for individuals with complex mental health needs.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and well-being.
* Engage with patients, their families, and other stakeholders to provide holistic and person-centered care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
Requirements :
* NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
* Previous experience working as a Band 6 CPN within a CMHT.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
* A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
