Our facilities Management expertise keeps our sites running smoothly, while our Property Services ensure that client infrastructure and equipment is well cared for.We are now seeking an organised and conscientious Facilities Manager to oversee the operational running of multiple soft service functions at RAF Benson.With extensive experience in soft facilities management particularly high-volume contract catering and ideally some knowledge of the military, you will be enthusiastic, highly organised and possess strong stakeholder management skills.Directly managing four heads of department but overseeing a large team of 60 members of staff we are looking for someone that can positively engage, empower, influence and lead by example with credibility and passion.
