Astute’s Renewables team is partnering with a leading waste management service to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor predominately for its Pilsworth site, to lead a small team of operations technicians, providing routine and non- routine maintenance.
The Maintenance Supervisor comes with a salary up to �55,000 company benefits and excellent training and development.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:
* Lead and manage a team of operations technicians, providing area routine and non- routine maintenance on powergen equipment.
* To complete in-frame rebuilds (routine/non-routine) and de-cokes of different equipment.
* To schedule operations technician 24/7 on call service.
* Ensure maintenance work is carried out to the highest standard.
* Provide troubleshooting and hands-on technical support to operations technicians.
* Operation of assets and completed assigned work.
* Ensure all records are kept up to date, in line with company policies and procedures.
* Work with site management to deliver H&S compliance.

Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* City & Guilds (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering
* 2 years minimum experience of similar position
* Full UK driving license
Personal skills
The Maintenance Supervisor would suit someone who is:
