We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to join our team of Digital Marketing Leads*. Together the team work primarily with colleagues in Brand and Marketing to deliver against targets and objectives in growth, brand awareness and lead generation. This can be grouped into the following areas:


Implementing and executing of full mix digital marketing aspects of campaigns.
Providing recommendations, insights and innovation to optimise activity
Driving improvement in our digital marketing approach through strategic level improvements and identifying new opportunities.


Together the team provides expertise across SEO, website management, SEM, PPC and display advertising, tracking and analytics, email, direct messaging and automation. At this time we are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a weighting towards analytics, tracking, SEM / PPC and digital advertising. 

In addition to leading on the delivery of full mix digital marketing campaigns, this role will also involve contributing to projects as well as developing relevant in-house capability and influencing the overarching digital strategy.

Main Responsibilities
Act as point person for tracking and analytics best practice for both marketing activity and organisation-wide strategic projects.
Provide analysis and actionable insights and reporting solutions for both ongoing marketing activities and bespoke strategic explorations.
Champion best practice for SEM / PPC and display advertising including keyword optimisation and audience targeting.
Deliver and optimise digital aspects of integrated/full-mix marketing campaigns to support delivery of segment and country specific marketing acquisition, engagement and retention targets.
Work cross functionally to strategically optimise MPS’s digital marketing approach, platforms and technologies to improve engagement and conversion.
Monitor and build knowledge of trends and technologies relating to digital marketing, ensuring MPS is adapting to new digital marketing opportunities and technologies to remain current and to drive awareness.

The Ideal Candidate
Experience in a full mix Digital Marketing role or several specialist areas

SEM / PPC
Display advertising preferably including social media advertising
Google Analytics (GA4), GTM with ability to turn data into actionable insights
Website management working in a CMS environment and basic HTML
Landing page optimisation


Knowledge of:

On-site / on-page SEO
Email and direct message marketing and automation best practice


 

*Similar role titles: Senior Digital Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Manager (with no line management responsibilities).
