We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Head Office team in Stratford upon Avon. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic and dedicated group of individuals supporting our business in every way possible. This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department

Role and Responsibilities
Support the dealerships and accounts staff
Produce weekly and monthly reports including forecasts
Produce monthly and annual management accounts and manufacturer composites
Carry out reviews with the management teams to promote best practice and profitability
Produce annual and ad-hoc plans
Develop and maintain financial controls
Help develop internal and third party IT systems
Nurture a positive ethos within the business
About you
An experienced CIMA qualified accountant with a retail background
A self-starting team player with excellent communication skills
Able to prioritise and manage their workload without compromising the quality and quantity of their work
An IT enthusiast with advanced Excel skills
