Location: Remote/HybridRecognised by Ofsted as being a ‘Good’ provider of children’s social care, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Birmingham Children’s Trust.As an Assistant Head of Service for People Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources directorate including People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Reward and Benefits and Internal People Communications. Your team will deliver high-quality services across the Trust and to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.You’ll be joining us at an exciting time as we embark on our HR Transformation journey. You’ll provide operational leadership, procurement and delivery of new systems whilst developing the inhouse service offering.Your responsibilities will include.Operational leadership of assigned service management portfolio.Lead on the development and delivery of the Trust’s reward and benefits strategy.Lead on the development and delivery of the Trust’s recruitment strategy.Support the development of the wider workforce strategy and EDI agenda.Leading and advising on recruitment in line with policies and procedures.Project managing vital programs for the Trust’s to increase our service offering.Ensuring adherence to monitoring, reporting, and performance indicators.Deputising for Head of HR as required.About Us:The s
