We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our LFC Foundation team as a Senior Coordinator, Red Neighbours community. In this role you will work with the Community Delivery Manager to ensure that the PLPFA funded, ‘Red Neighbours Community’ Programme organically grows a community led initiative, that is delivered on time and on budget. The programme will be tackling four key areas:Food Poverty and Insecurity Supporting our Elderly Community  Physically More Active Community  Memorable Experiences within the Community  What will you be doing?Working alongside the Community Delivery Manager to create, implement and deliver safe community sessions.Manage existing delivery partnerships and nurture new ones.Ensure quality, safety and safeguarding standards are achieved and maintained.  Work closely with local stakeholders to meet needs.Engage with hard-to-reach groups within diverse and deprived communities.Help increase engagement of marginalized groups across all programmes.Ensure effective collection of all monitoring and evaluation data.Record data on LFC Foundation databases.  Ensure case studies and PR opportunities are regularly undertaken in line with Club and Foundation guidelines.Provide an inclusive environment following our Red Together Strategy.Provide content for Red Neighbours and LFC Foundation social media.Who are we looking for?To be successful in this role you must have experience of delivering initiatives to improve physical activity and reduce social isolation, including knowledge and experience of how to reduce social isolation. You must also have experience delivering to diverse and deprived communities, as well as being proficient in organising community-based events.You’ll have worked in partnership in a community setting with charities, voluntary organisations and other stakeholders, including having a network of contacts that can support initiatives. You will have a relevant qualification in designing and facilitating physical activities.Why should you apply?This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week.
