As a CNC Setter, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machines to manufacture precision parts as per engineered drawings and specifications. Your keen eye for detail will ensure parts are compliant with high-level precision measurements. You will perform preventative maintenance on machines, collaborate with fellow CNC operators, and adhere to ISO 9001/2015 quality control guidelines. Additionally, you'll follow company health & safety and housekeeping requirements while maintaining high standards of conduct.
Hours of Work: Full-time position, 37 hours per week.
CNC Setter Requirements:
* Experience setting up and operating 3-5 axis CNC milling machines
* Proficiency in setting up and operating 2-3 axis turning machines
* Essential experience with Fanuc and Mazatrol controls
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Familiarity with operating to quality standards and using inspection equipment
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Team player with the ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills
