The Site Inspector will be responsible for:
* Conducting fa�ade and internal fire safety investigations and fire risk assessments.
* Preparing detailed technical reports with photographs using agreed templates.
* Performing inspections at key construction stages and documenting findings.
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and products for compliance with building regulations.
* Attending site and project team meetings as necessary.
The Site Inspector will have:
* Extensive experience in buildings and construction, particularly with tall residential buildings.
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards.
* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 6 in site inspection or a construction diploma/degree (HND).
* Membership with CIOB, CABE, ICWCI, or MIFireE.
* Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
