Requirements
- Proven experience in a front of house or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle transactions and use POS systems
- A friendly and professional demeanour
- Flexibility to adapt to varying customer needs and preferences
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organised, and well-maintained
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues with a positive approach
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
