As an HR Officer, you will be immersed in a variety of responsibilities, contributing to the harmony and efficiency of our thriving Human Resources Team. You'll become the go-to person for employee relations queries, manage payroll administration, coordinate training programmes, and oversee the administration of significant staff benefits. Be prepared to act as an ambassador for Elim Housing, ensuring all HR practices align with our values and business objectives.
Hours of Work: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
HR Officer Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR or a similar role.
* Strong grasp of employment law and HR best practices.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient with HR systems, preferably Sage and Cascade.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
HR Officer Benefits:
* A competitive salary of �29,000 - �31,000 per annum, pro rata.
* 25 days of annual holiday, increasing to 30 days with service.
