Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Paediatric Nurses or Allied Health Professionals to join our NHS Trust's team of Band 7 Paediatric Advanced Clinical Practitioners at their Urgent Care/Walk-in Centre based in Soho, Ladbroke Grove and Parson's Green.

You will;
- be practising autonomously as an ACP to provide patient-centred quality care.
- encompass the skills of assessment, examination, diagnosis, and treatment within an agreed scope of practice within the Walk-In service.
- support a way of working that emphasises a more efficient and child focused service and will ensure the safe referral and discharge of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed presentations across the service provision.
- deliver both a clinical and leadership role with a focus development of the service, research, along with management responsibilities.
Person requirements
- Registered Paediatric Nurse with NMC (part 8 or 15) registration or Allied Health Professional with HCPC registration
- Post-graduate qualification and training at Masters level or completed level 7 module in advanced practice
- Mentorship qualification and extensive experience of teaching and mentoring peers and junior staff.
- Non-medical Prescribing qualification
- Advanced Assessment course.
