As an Accounting Clerk, you will be a vital cog in our financial machinery. You'll work as part of our passionate Accounts team, ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of accounts payable. Your responsibilities include preparing and submitting financial reports, organising audit information, managing quarterly budget preparations, and processing supplier invoices. You will also handle principal accounts, file vouchers, oversee staff expenses, and liaise with suppliers, principals, and headquarters. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks with finesse.
Hours of Work: Full-time
Accounting Clerk Requirements:
* AAT qualifications or a diploma/degree in Finance or Accounting
* Legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Excellent IT, organisational, and communication skills
* Honesty, responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
