As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you will be the face of Meyer Timber, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our timber products around the London area. You'll start your day early, around 5:00 am, embarking on multi-drop deliveries. Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting will be a key part of your role, along with securing the load, manual handling, verifying product paperwork, and delivering outstanding customer interaction.
Hours of Work: Day Shifts: Start times range between 5:00 am - 6:00 am
Class 2 HGV Driver Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of 26-tonne driving experience
* Class 2 licence with no previous disqualifications
* Fully CPC qualified
* Must be physically robust due to manual handling tasks
* Multi-drop experience is a plus (but not a must!)
